Wigilia, the traditional Christmas Eve feast in Poland. Though did not grow up with the tradition, many Poles in the US do carry it on. Here are a couple of menus from Sue K. Prusinski from her Wigilia feasts in Warsaw Poland. I don’t know ’bout you, but just reading them, whets my appetite! THANKS Sue 🙂 If any cousins, decide to give it a go, let us know how you enjoyed it and be sure to share some photos.
